Refund Policy

The goods, content, and other associated materials including coaching is a as is service. We have no warranties or guaranties of the services provided. Due to the services provided we lay no claim of being a professional counselor therefore cannot give you counseling advice. This is a coaching platform and we only coach those who sign up and are looking for coaching.  

Our refund policies are simple. The eBooks are nonrefundable. You may cancel 24 hours before your appointment. The coaching sessions are refundable within 24 hours of service provided. If you are not happy with the sessions we will refund your funds. After 24 hours there is no refund. 

There is a window 24 hours before and 24 hours after services to receive a refund. After the 24 hours there is no refund.
